HKFC has three qualified coaches who are available to help you improve your game, whether you play socially or at a competitive level. The Squash Section's head coach, Phil Head, and his team can offer a wide variety of courses, including the following:
• Junior programmes
• Super Six junior squad
• Men's team training
• Ladies' team training
• Bootcamp, including squash-specific fitness
• Individual and group lessons

Phil Head
Phil has been the head coach at HKFC for over 12 years. Phil has over 20 years coaching experience, with coaching placements around the globe.
Coaching players who are keen to improve their game and fitness is Phil's goal. He has a great range of skills that gives him the ability to coach all levels from beginners to professionals.
Phil and his assistant coaching staff Chad Sunde and Emma Pike are available for individual or group lessons everyday.

Chad Sunde
Chad Sunde has played and has taught squash at every level, from beginner to professional during the past 25 years. Chad has learnt how to quickly improve a player’s standard and understanding of the game.

He does this by teaching effective strategies that are simple and can be applied to any player’s game regardless of level or experience.

Chad currently provides a range of lesson plans from individual to small groups, and is always keen to take on new players.

Emma Pike
Has been a coach for over 8 years and is currently a ladies division 1 player.
Emma has coached players of all levels from beginners to advanced, however her coaching specialty is juniors, beginners and intermediate players willing to learn new areas of the game and increase their level of fitness.
